Twenty minutes: Introduce
digraphs sh, ch, tch, th, ck, wh, gh, gn, kn, ph. Name, them!
(Classify them digraphs !) Say the letter names! Sound them!

Twenty minutes: Work on correct letter formation of digraphs and blends: sh, ch, tch, th, ck, wh, gh, gn, kn, ph, and br, cr, dr, fr, gr, tr, str, sn, sp, st, sw, sm, tw, bl, cl, fl, gl, pl, sl. (Refer to the writing instruction.) Writing can be fun
Twenty minutes: Review all the
sounds of the alphabet by flash cards. Make your own flash cards
by cutting up squares of paper or using index cards and marker.
MAKE FLASHCARDS
Take dictation of single Alphabetic letters by sound, digraphs and blends by sound, and vowels as heard in the middle of a word. DICTATION
Twenty minutes: Practice letter formation of consonants, vowels, digraphs, and blends. Review the sounds for each letter formed. Writing can be fun
